Our in-house manufacturing ability means that we can  pre-fabricate and test  equipment prior to installation, giving us greater control over the quality of the finished product. Our installation team are committed to providing quality  on time - every time. Er manufacture our refrigeration plants right here in Benalla, sourcing parts and tradespeople locally wherever possible.

Commissioning and After Sales Support

We place great emphasis on commissioning so that you can be confident you have a completed,  fully-functional  refrigeration system to work with. Our ongoing after-sales support provides you peace of mind and assurance you've made the right decision. 

Service & Maintenance Contracts

To maintain optimum performance we recognise your need for dependable, quality service. Our reliable  service department is available to respond to breakdowns or perform regular maintenance services as part of a customised service contract. We offer  24 hour / 7 day service  and our helpful staff are available to assist with queries during office hours.

Remote Access

To ensure everything performs smoothly once your refrigeration plant is up and running, we can provide remote access to your refrigeration plant. This will cut down on service call-outs as we will be able to control your plant remotely, or check that it is running as it should be. We are only a phone call away should you require our service team to attend to more serious difficulties.

Monitoring

Using the latest technology, your refrigeration plant can be monitored 24/7. Whenever an issue appears an SMS or email can be sent to your maintenance crew for checking. Of course, we are available to attend site should an issue arise requiring our specialised expertise.

Gas Leak Detection

Things happen and sometimes leaks happen. If a gas leak occurs, our dedicated service department have the know-how and equipment to investigate the source and cause. They will ensure that the leak is corrected and top-up the plant for optimal performance.
